Terms and Conditions

MotifyMe™ Ltd | Last Updated: July 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the MotifyMe™ Dealer/Garage Partner Programme (“Programme”) offered by MotifyMe™ Ltd (“MotifyMe”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By joining the Programme, you ("Dealer Partner", "you") agree to the terms below.

1. Programme Overview

This Programme enables registered dealers and garages to use the MotifyMe™ platform to upload vehicle stock, build and maintain digital vehicle records (Your Vehicle Story), and transfer them to new owners. You may also be eligible to receive a partner reward for each successful customer signup resulting from a transfer.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

Be a registered business operating in the automotive sector
Agree to and sign the Dealer Partner Agreement
Provide valid business documentation, including a VAT number and bank details
Supply a copy of valid photo ID for the authorised contact

3. Platform Access & Use

Upon approval, you’ll receive access to the MotifyMe™ Dealer Portal.

You may:

Upload vehicles and allow MotifyMe™ to auto-pull verified data (e.g., MOT history)
Add services, repairs, notes, and maintenance records
Transfer Your Vehicle Story to new owners using their email address
Monitor the status of transfers and customer activations via your dashboard

You must not:

Upload vehicles you are not authorised to sell or manage
Misuse the platform for purposes other than intended
Access or modify vehicle records without consent once transferred

4. Customer Signups & Partner Rewards

Dealer Partners are eligible to receive £20 (+VAT where applicable) for each qualifying customer signup, defined as:

A new user who accepts a transferred vehicle
Completes full signup including the £24.99/£32.99 activation fee (unless discounted by promotion), and
Activates a monthly subscription
Rewards are calculated monthly and paid via bank transfer on the 1st of each month
MotifyMe™ reserves the right to withhold or reverse payment for cancellations, failed signups, chargebacks, or incomplete activations

5. Branding & Representation

You may promote MotifyMe™ within your dealership, garage, website, and customer comms.
You must not:

Claim to be an employee or agent of MotifyMe™
Alter MotifyMe branding without written approval
Use MotifyMe™ branding in misleading or harmful ways

6. Termination

MotifyMe™ reserves the right to terminate your access to the Programme at any time, with immediate effect and without the obligation to provide a reason.

You may also terminate participation by giving written notice.

We may suspend or terminate access for:

Breach of these terms
Fraudulent or unethical activity
Inactivity for more than 90 days
Business closure or insolvency

7. Data & Privacy

You must comply with all applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR). Any customer data accessed or handled must be treated confidentially and securely.

8. Liability

MotifyMe™ Ltd is not liable for indirect damages, lost sales, or misuse of the platform. Our liability is limited to the value of unpaid, confirmed rewards owed to you.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
