Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the MotifyMe™ Affiliate Programme ("Programme") offered by MotifyMe™ Ltd ("MotifyMe", "we", "us". "our"). By joining the Programme, you (Affiliate", "you") agree to comply with these terms.

1. Programme Overview

The Programme allows you to promote MotifyMe's services via a unique referral code or link. You will receive a commission for each qualifying customer who signs up using your code or link.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

Be atleast 18 years old
Operate a valid business or be an individual with a clear promotional platform
Not be an employee, consultant, or contractor of MotifyMe™ (without separate written agreement)

3. Registration and Affiliate Account

Upon approval, you will recieve access to the affiliate dashboard.
You will be provided a unique affiliate code and/or tracking link.
You must ensure your account details are kept accurate and up to date.

4. Promotional Guidelines

You may promote MotifyMe™ via:

Your website, social media platforms, email (compliant with data regulations), or printed materials.

You must not:

Use misleading claims or misrepresent MotifyMe™
Run paid ads targeting MotifyMe™ branded keywords
Pretend to be an official MotifyMe™ representative
Promote MotifyMe™ in a way that may cause reputational damage

5. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn £20 (+VAT where applicable) per customer sign-up via your code/link.
Payments are made monthly (on the 1st of each month) for all eligible signups confirmed in the previous calendar month.
Commission is paid via bank transfer (details required in your affiliates dashboard).
Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will result in commission being withheld or reversed.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate access at any time for:

Breach of these terms
Fraudulent Activity
Inactivity for more than 90 days
Use of offensive or unethical promotional methods

You may also terminate your participation by giving written notice.

MotifyMe™ Ltd reserves the right to terminate this Affiliate Agreement with immediate effect in the event of business closure or cessation of trading activities. In such circumstances, all outstanding commission payments will be honoured, but no further earnings will accrue. Affiliates will be notified in writing, and all promotional activity must cease upon termination.

7. Relationships

You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent, or legal representative of MotifyMe™ Ltd. You may not bind or contract on our behalf.

8. Intellectual Property

You may use MotifyMe's name, logo, and assets only as provided for affiliate use and must not alter or misuse them.

9. Liability

MotifyMe™ Ltd is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our maximum liability to you is limited to commissions earned but unpaid under this agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

We receive the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
