MotifyMe™ is currently a web-based app, fully supported and optimised for use on smartphones, tablets, and computers - so you can access your vehicle’s story wherever you are, on any device.

We do have exciting plans to launch a downloadable app for both iOS and Android, which will be available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store soon. Stay tuned!

Yes. 

All records are securely stored in the cloud and backed by data protection protocols. Your vehicle information is private and only accessible by you (or by a new owner if you choose to transfer Your Vehicle's Story).

Absolutely. Each MotifyMe™ Vehicle Story is fully transferable. When you sell your vehicle, you can choose to hand over the Vehicle's Story to the new owner - helping preserve trust and resale value.

MotifyMe™ currently operates only within the UK, with ambitious plans to expand internationally in the future.

MotifyMe™ is a fully digital product. Your Vehicle's Story and all associated records live in the cloud. You can create and export a professional PDF version of Your Vehicle's Story at any time. 

We do not offer refunds on the one-time setup fee (£49.99+VAT), as this covers the immediate setup and creation of your vehicle's story.

However, you are free to cancel your monthly subscription at any time. 

Once cancelled:

• No further payment will be taken
• You will have the remaining days of your subscription to download/export You Vehicle's Story data
• Once your subscription end, your records will be permanently deleted from our system - there is no way to retrieve this information once deleted.

We recommend exporting Your Vehicle's Story as a PDF before cancelling/transferring.
