Yes. MotifyMe® works for any registered UK vehicle including cars, vans and motorbikes. If it has a registration number, you can add it.

When you add your vehicle, MotifyMe® pulls in your MOT expiry and tax due dates automatically. Reminder emails are sent to your registered email address at 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before each due date. No setup required.

Yes. You can add custom reminders for insurance renewals, tyre checks, servicing intervals or anything else. Set the date, add a note and MotifyMe® will remind you automatically.

You can upload and store service invoices, MOT certificates, repair receipts, warranties, photos and any other vehicle-related paperwork. Everything is stored securely and accessible whenever you need it.

You can request one updated valuation per vehicle, per month. The valuation shows auction, trade-in, private sale and forecourt values so you can see where your vehicle sits in the current market. Valuations are for guidance only and are not a guarantee of sale price.

Yes. When you sell your vehicle, you can transfer your complete record to the next owner in one click. They will be able to see the full documented history. Transfer of legal ownership remains with the DVLA and is entirely separate from MotifyMe®.

Yes. You can download a copy of your vehicle record at any time. This is useful to share with potential buyers, dealers or for your own records.

A clearly documented service history and maintenance record builds buyer confidence. Buyers and dealers are generally more willing to pay a fair price for a vehicle with a verified, well-kept history than one with no paperwork.

Yes. There are no contracts or minimum terms. You can cancel at any time from within your account and you will not be charged again after your current billing period ends.

Yes. The Multi Vehicle plan covers up to 3 vehicles for £6.99 per month. Each vehicle gets its own record, reminders, document vault and monthly valuation. For 4 or more vehicles, contact us about a business plan.
