MotifyMe™ provides:

• A secure digital portal ("Your Vehicle's Story") for uploading, storing, and managing your vehicle's history
• Automated reminder services via email for MOT, road tax, and insurance (if dates are provided)
• Ongoing access to your digital vehicle story while your subscription remains active
• Transfer functionality to new owners upon sale of your vehicle
• PDF generation of your vehicle's story for download at any time

Third-Party Integrations & Future System Enhancements

MotifyMe™ Ltd may introduce future enhancements to its platform that include integration with carefully selected and trusted third-party services, such as insurance, finance, or vehicle-related products.

These integrations will be designed to enhance the user experience and provide value-added services that may be of benefit to you

Please note that any links or redirections to third-party platforms will be clearly marked, and MotifyMe™ Ltd may receive a commission or affiliate compensation for successful referrals. However, your personal data will not be shared with any third party unless you give explicit consent to do so. You remain in full control of your data and its use at all times. 

• One-off onboarding fee: £24.99/£32.99
• Monthly subscriptions: £4.99/£9.99 (both charged via Stripe)
• Prices are subject to change, with notice provided at least 30 days in advance

If you were referred to MotifyMe™ through one of our affiliate partners, please note that while we work with trusted individuals and businesses, MotifyMe™ does not have control over how affiliates may handle your personal data outside of our platform. 

We encourage all users to only share personal information directly on our official website and platform. MotifyMe™ is not responsible for any misuse of information collected independently by third parties or affiliates.

If you have concerns about how your information has been handled by an affiliate, please contact us directly at hello@motifyme.co 

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel at any time through your customer account
• Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the billing period
• After cancellation, you'll have the remaining days of your subscription to download your data before permanent deletion

Important Notice Regarding Your Subscription

Your MotifyMe signup/onboarding fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge that grants access to your digital vehicle logbook and platform features, subject to our ongoing service provision. While we are committed to long-term support and service evolution, MotifyMe™ Ltd reserves the right to terminate services with a minimum of 30 days' written notice, should the business cease operations or undergo significant changes.

We thank you for being part of our journey and assure you that every effort will be made to support users through any transition.

• The onboarding fee is non-refundable, as work begins and costs are incurred immediately upon purchase
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time - no further charges will appy
• We do not offer partial refunds for the remainder of the subscription period

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, lawful vehicle data and documentation
• Use the platform only for your own vehicle(s), or with permission if acting on behalf of someone else
• not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful
• Maintain secure login credentials and not share your account

All branding, design, and platform materials are the property of MotifyMe™ Ltd.

"MotifyMe™" is a trademark application currently pending with the UK IPO.

Any unauthorised use of our brand, name, logo, or system is strictly prohibited.

MotifyMe™ provides a digital record keeping tool and email reminder service but is not responsible for the outcome of missed MOTs, tax, or insurance renewals, or other compliance issues.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and downtime may occur with notice, where possible.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if:

• You breach these terms
• Illegal or fraudulent activity is suspected
• You abuse the system and/or support team

No refunds will be given where access is suspended/terminated

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the updated terms. 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
