Presto Finance Ltd carries out regulated credit broking activity as Principal and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

MotifyMe® acts as an introducer only. MotifyMe® does not provide financial advice, does not conclude finance agreements, does not negotiate credit terms, does not arrange regulated credit and does not handle client money.

The vehicle finance calculator is for illustration only and is not a finance offer, quotation, guarantee or credit decision. Initial finance applications use a soft search and do not affect your credit score. If you proceed with a lender, a hard search may then be completed.

Finance is subject to status, affordability, lender criteria and lender terms.

When you submit a finance enquiry through our website, we may process the personal data and attribution data needed to route, evidence and administer that enquiry. This may include your contact details, enquiry content, referral source, device-level attribution identifiers and campaign parameters.

Where relevant to the enquiry journey, we may share data with Presto Finance Ltd and service providers supporting that referral flow, including EnquiryLabs or equivalent systems used to capture and transmit enquiry information.

Important: If a customer later completes a finance agreement with Presto Finance Ltd and the vehicle transaction completes, that customer may receive a separate invitation to sign up to MotifyMe®. That invitation and any later MotifyMe® registration are separate steps. MotifyMe® does not automatically receive full platform account data unless and until the customer signs up or information is otherwise lawfully shared.

7. Cookies, analytics, pixels and attribution tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, understand performance, maintain attribution and improve our marketing and user experience.

Tools and technologies we may use

  • Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage and performance
  • Meta technologies for marketing attribution and campaign measurement
  • TikTok technologies for marketing attribution and campaign measurement
  • UTM parameters and click IDs such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, fbclid and ttclid
  • Lead and form-routing tools including EnquiryLabs or equivalent integrations

What attribution data may be stored

When you visit our website, we may record campaign and referral information to help us understand where a visit or enquiry came from and whether a marketing campaign generated a lead or customer action. This may include landing page data, referral channel, campaign parameters, timestamps and related browser or device identifiers.

Attribution data such as campaign parameters, click identifiers and referral information may be stored for a limited period to help us understand performance, link enquiries to their source and maintain appropriate internal reporting. Retention periods may vary depending on the technology used and business requirements.

How consent works

Strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies may be used without consent where legally permitted because they are required to provide, secure or maintain the service you request.

Analytics, advertising, attribution and other non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used only where the relevant consent standard has been met if required by law. Where consent is required, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies using our controls.

How to control cookies

You can usually manage cookies through any cookie controls we make available and through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect site functionality, attribution accuracy or parts of the enquiry flow.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Service-related communications about your account, free trial, reminders, security or subscriptions are different from marketing and may still be sent where necessary to provide the service.

13. Automated decision-making and valuations

We do not intend to use your personal data for solely automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on you without appropriate safeguards and lawful basis.

Where vehicle valuations or similar outputs are shown, they are provided as informational features only. They are not financial advice, not insurance valuations and not a guaranteed market assessment or offer.
