Dundee Clean Air Zone
Dundee's Low Emission Zone bans non-compliant vehicles from the city centre, enforced from 30 May 2024. Like the other Scottish zones it is a ban rather than a daily charge, with a £60 penalty for entering in a non-compliant vehicle.

What counts as compliant
The emission standards are the same across UK clean air and low emission zones. A petrol car generally needs to meet Euro 4 (most registered from 2006), and a diesel car needs Euro 6 (most registered from September 2015). Fully electric cars are always exempt. It comes down to the exact emission standard, not just the age, which is why it pays to check the reg rather than guess.
